Acceptable Use Policy | JINXY Media Enterprise

This AUP governs the use of JINXY Media Global, Inc. infrastructure, APIs, and services. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination.

1. System & Network Security

You may not use JINXY infrastructure to violate the security or integrity of any network, computer, or communications system. Strictly prohibited activities include:

Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering the JINXY API or DRM protocols.
Scraping: Using automated bots to scrape event data or attendee lists.
Unauthorized Testing: Conducting load testing or penetration testing without prior written consent from our CISO.
DDoS: Any activity that interferes with or disrupts services to other tenants.

2. Messaging & Email Standards

Our email delivery lanes are engineered exclusively for Transactional Messages. Marketing or bulk outreach is strictly prohibited to protect our IP reputation.

Permitted Use

Access tokens (magic links), 2FA codes, invoices, payout statements, and emergency event alerts.

Strictly Prohibited

Newsletters, cold sales outreach, purchased lists, affiliate marketing, and "webinar invitations" to non-opt-in recipients.

Thresholds: Accounts exceeding a 4.0% Bounce Rate or 0.08% Complaint Rate will be automatically suspended pending audit.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge that JINXY Media owns all rights, titles, and interests in the Platform, API, and Documentation. You may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices contained in the generated documents (e.g., footers in PDF invoices).

4. Restricted Industries & Content

We do not service high-risk industries. Prohibited content includes: Adult Content, Gambling, Multi-Level Marketing (MLM), Cryptocurrency Trading, Payday Loans, and Unregulated Pharmaceuticals.

5. Export Control & Sanctions

You may not use the Service if you are located in a country subject to U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country. You represent that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Reporting Abuse
