In the course of providing secure event streaming and ticketing, we collect:

• Attendee Credentials: Corporate email addresses and encrypted names required for digital badge generation.
• Financial Records: Transaction IDs for ticket purchases and Speaker Payout details (via Stripe).
• Telemetry & DRM: IP addresses, browser fingerprints, and latency metrics to ensure stream quality and content protection.

2. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use session cookies strictly necessary for authentication and load balancing (e.g., `AWSALB`). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers on our transactional portals. Telemetry data is aggregated and anonymized.

3. Data Usage & Processing

Data is processed strictly for the performance of our contract with Event Organizers. We use data to: (a) Deliver unique access tokens; (b) Execute payouts to content creators; (c) Audit attendance for CME/CPD accreditation. We do not sell data to advertisers or data brokers.

4. International Transfers

JINXY Media Global complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. When we transfer data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to the US, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and robust encryption measures to ensure data protection.

5. Infrastructure Subprocessors

We engage trusted subprocessors to support our critical infrastructure:

• Mailgun Technologies, Inc.: Secure Email Transport.

Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
